This guy speaks mumbo jumbo. Every so often, he would emphasize the word OIL, OIL PRICES WILL GO UP, then more mumbo jumbo. The actor beside him acting as a reporter. Nodding in agreeance with this wise leader's mumbo jumbo statements. NLP.........This was NLP in operation.
