We have to gut the system. Remove everyone from Congress and their associates and try them for crimes against humanity. Put in strict constitutionalist and pray we can keep the Republic...

The world is a disaster. How do we turn things around?

Read Alan Hart's clear and concise analysis of what we need to do. It is excellent.

Alan Hart wrote:
If I am right to have an optimistic view of human nature on the assumption that it could be re-conditioned by truth-telling, democracy can be made to work. -- Are We Stupid?

Now read my explanation why it won't work.

No good and decent plan to turn things around will ever succeed until humanity learns to identify sociopaths and disqualify them from positions of power and control. Until we do that, they will undermine whatever plan we come up with and turn it to their advantage.

I agree, if we don't identify how sociopathy has plagued our species, no matter what type of "revolution" we have, it will continue to be run by sociopaths. And is there, a more important time to identify sociopathy? When were moving into a open technocracy? No more privacy. Free to think, lest imagine without judgment? You will always be watched? And this is happiness for some? Liberty for others? Life for many…

I cannot think of a more valuable wisdom then from the writings of the Founding fathers or the Constitution. Without technology we are getting the ground work of civilized man testifying against tyranny, empire and sociopathy.

Seriously, that is such an important concept. I was debating this today with my friend that runs a local ministry. He thinks he has the solution for each individual ill affecting humanity, and while his solutions seem appropriate, I can clearly see that all will fail because they don't address the root problem of sociopathy. Our entire history confirms this, despite the questionable accuracy of our recorded history. The pattern still shines through. The USA, founded on the most noble principles of its day (so we are taught), is now a cesspool of corruption, criminality, and hypocrisy. What other example do we need? And there are hundreds of other examples, should we need them.

The key to freedom is the very door to ourselves. When you can believe that we have been subverted in a very personal way, then can you understand the depths of slavery. And then reciprocate this with liberty. And liberty is the most valuable commodity in the world.

Its almost the same argument with prohibition. You can't even stop drugs from being addicted at a Prison. What use will trying to create a police state do? Except being at war with your fellow man.

The enlightenment is in the very acknowledgment of the diseased sociopathic state we are in. Once you see how you have been fooled. How we all have been fooled will you reach the depths of the meaning, all men are created equal.

Great points, Mags.

I made almost the same point in my debate today with the local "renegade" minister (he's got the rebel in him, just like me). It's such a mistake to think that we have the necessary superior discernment to ward off the deceptions of the ruling sociopaths. We don't. We can be fooled, and we are being fooled, and until we realize how often we are fooled, we are hopelessly mired in their con-game. Once we can look back and point to all the times we were fooled, and analyze how we were fooled, only then we can mount an effective defense. It's critical to understand this. We have to know ourselves, and our weaknesses, before we can know our enemies, and their weaknesses.

Its some insidious stuff and I can't explain all of it because I can only see the tip of it.

People will control others to not control themselves. Can you imagine the work this must be? This is how things are. Our very culture is evidence of it. There is no rest from this. This is because you are living in an altered reality. Zombies? Sociopathy? Delusional thinking? Dehumanization!

As long as were disassociated from acknowledging evil, the longer we will be fractured from it. We cannot synthesize, actualize, homogenize or fractize any of it. We are lost!

And acknowledging evil means not just recognizing it, or being aware of it, but understanding its source. Where does the evil come from? What is its true source? What is its goal? How does it work? Why does it succeed? And most importantly, how can it be stopped?

The higher one climbs in the hierarchy, the greater the expression of sociopathic behaviors. Apparently, this applies to all of us!

In other words, the greater the opportunity to express sociopathic behaviors, the more we do it.

This may mean that hierarchy is a positive feedback loop for sociopathic behavior. That could mean that hierarchy is dangerous. Hierarchy could be seen as playing a role in making sociopaths.

In the game of Monopoly, all players start out on equal footing. What happens when they don't?

Does money make us mean?

Could this be an example of money making us mean, or power making us sociopathic?

Quote:
So the VA ruled in 2006: "Again, U.S. Navy Department confirms that there is no evidence to establish occupational exposure to ionizing radiation for this veteran during his active service."

"How can the Navy confirm that I wasn't exposed to ionizing radiation when I lived, ate and slept on (a) contaminated ship that was … put out of service because it was contaminated with radioactive waste from all the years this dumping took place?" Albernaz said in a letter to the VA. "I am insulted and disappointed." -- source

Could that mean the U.S. military is fundamentally sociopathic, especially the higher up you look in the hierarchy?

Yep.
