Our money has been usurped by powerful and secretive groups of organized sociopaths (loosely called the international bankers). They now have the power to create money out of thin air. Money was once based on silver and gold coin, which is somewhat more difficult to create out of thin air. Now it is based on paper and electronic digits in a computer. This creates the ideal breeding ground for criminal manipulation of the money supply, which has been occurring for the past 100 years. As a result, our currencies are constantly devalued, our wealth is constantly diminished, and our lives are increasingly manipulated.

Money has become the controlling sociopaths' tool of choice for purchasing the cooperation of ordinary people. If you do something they don't like, they will either buy you out or hire thugs, even assassins, to "neutralize" you. Either way, money ensures that things always go in the direction they decide, which is always to their advantage. Real freedom is no longer possible, as money becomes the strings they pull to make us puppets dance.

Is this what is best for humanity? Is it proper to sacrifice the common good of all for the individual profit of a few?

Alex Collier claimed that the alien culture he had contact with did not use money, but instead used the "gift" economy. That's an interesting endorsement.

The problem with money is like everything here and why they use phillanthropy on us. It works for a little while then gets centralized and used against us. Our last chance is when Tesla found free energy. If you have a power source that you can consciously effect, let me tell you, you dont need anybody. Your off on your own cosmic ship. I wouldnt even know how to fix it now people. People are so helplessly dependent on it that they would die without it. So in effect there would have to be some fucking huge crisis and management division of planet earth to re educate them. Probably like the flip side of our dedicated social/human services now...
As far as theorizing off world. Money would not be used. Since you have all that you need. So in essence you would be giving stuff away.

Theres nothing wrong with giving stuff away, depends if you and your own require said item, if not then give it to another.

Money, or a better word, barter, is ok. The problem is greed!
