How about that "Monkey Chant" in Baraka? Are there parallels there with how Congress works? Or perhaps how the sheeple are easily manipulated by so few sociopathic shepherds? Is it a good illustration of the benefits and dangers of like-mindedness in the forums that censor? That part of the movie is simply fascinating for me. Another is people kissing silver locks and stone slabs. I'm beginning to see why ETs would take such an interest in this planet. I could watch that monkey in the hot springs for hours and have no problem believing humans and monkeys share a common ancestor. |
