False! Each electoral cycle, things stay the same – no matter the outcome. Republicans and undemocratic Dems take turns governing. Voters have no say whatever – their rights and welfare ignored.

American elections are the usual deception and manipulation that the ruling sociopaths use in their pursuit of power and control. It's actually a pursuit for ever more power and control, as their power and control is firmly established. So the political theater is repeated every four years, without the public ever waking up to the absurdity of their efforts.
