Post Re: Band of crooks
The U.S. Supreme Court commits treason by not doing its job.

Quote:
“At issue was the Constitution’s Origination Clause, which requires all new taxes to start in the House, the chamber closest to the people. Obamacare is a massive tax bill, but it was launched in the Senate through a procedural ploy,” said Timothy Sandefur, the principal attorney for the Pacific Legal Foundation.

“The Senate’s subversion of the constitutionally mandated rules for tax bills is a danger not just in this case but in future cases as well. By allowing Congress to use procedural tricks to evade the constitutional rules, the court has opened the door to Congress further evading democratic accountability for the laws it passes,” Sandefur said.

The Supreme Court announced this week it would not hear the arguments. -- source

All Supreme Court justices take the oath below:

Quote:
I, _________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God. -- source

Supreme Court Justices are required to support and defend the Constitution! But there are hidden enemies of the nation (organized sociopaths) who are working tirelessly to undermine the Constitution. By not hearing cases that would require them to rule in accordance to Constitutional law, thereby supporting and defending the Constitution, the Justices are providing aid to these enemies! The Supreme Court Justices are committing treason.

The Constitution defines treason as specific acts, namely "levying War against [the United States], or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." By giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the Constitution by shirking their responsibilities, the Justices commit treason, and they do it deliberately in flagrant violation of their defined duties and sacred oaths.

The criminality is off the scale, pervasive, well hidden, and has probably already impacted your life is ways you would never anticipate.

Do we cry at Scalia's death, or do we cheer? Did he die naturally, or was he murdered?

Quote:
In 2000, in Bush v. Gore, Scalia employed the power of the Supreme Court to make a Skull and Bones snake the President of the United States; that snake then proceeded to foment 9/11 and the Purimfest known as the invasion of Iraq, which resulted in the catastrophic decimation of Christianity in that Arab nation and the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people. -- source

To me, that says Scalia was one of them, one of the band of crooks. The Supreme Court Justices have been puppets of the money for a long time, just like Congress, and just like the Executive branch headed by the despicable puppet president. I've seen those criminal Justices betray their Constitutional oaths many times. They aren't genuine. Nothing about our government is. Government is not our friend. It is, in fact, our enemy.

“As a former homicide commander, I am stunned that no autopsy was ordered for Justice Scalia.”

“You have a Supreme Court Justice who died, not in attendance of a physician. You have a non-homicide trained US Marshal tell the justice of peace that no foul play was observed. You have a justice of the peace pronounce death while not being on the scene and without any medical training opining that the justice died of a heart attack. What medical proof exists of a myocardial Infarction? Why not a cerebral hemorrhage?”

“How can the Marshal say, without a thorough post mortem, that he was not injected with an illegal substance that would simulate a heart attack…”

“Did the US Marshal check for petechial hemorrhage in his eyes or under his lips that would have suggested suffocation? Did the US Marshal smell his breath for any unusual odor that might suggest poisoning? My gut tells me there is something fishy going on in Texas.” -- source

Texas is the Bush criminal cartel's stronghold.

And the way this incident was handled literally screams "band of crooks"!

Scalia was the major impediment to Obama completing his legacy of ushering in technocracy. This, alone, is motive for murder. And when an autopsy is not conducted on a Supreme Court Justice, and then his “Catholic” body his cremated, we should all be more than suspicious. -- source

Cremating the body to destroy the evidence is like quickly hauling off the steel from the World Trade Center after 9/11.

It's the same sociopaths covering up their crimes. That's how they behave.

Scalia was a main impediment to the globalist agenda being rammed through the US. One of the goals is to disarm the public. Until Scalia’s demise, it looked as if a significant advance regarding gun control under the Obama administration was dead. Now the possibility is alive again. -- source

Whoa, there it is again! Do you think Scalia was an "impediment" that needed to be removed?

Quote:
Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia (shown) made headlines nationwide this week after bluntly telling law students at the University of Hawaii that internment camps to detain Americans would eventually return. -- source

I bet the Zionist sociopath controllers would see Scalia as an impediment when he speaks truth like that, and they would certainly make patient plans to have him removed. That's pretty much how they work.

Sociopaths will be the death of us all. That's pretty much how they work.

Where have we seen a murder and cover-up similar to Scalia's?

Quote:
In 1922, while recovering from a strange sickness that had stricken him in San Francisco, President Harding shudders and dies suddenly during the middle of conversation with his wife. Doctor's cannot agree on the cause of his strange death. Within an hour of his demise, Harding's body is embalmed and placed in a casket. The following morning, the body is on a train, headed back to Washington. Incredibly, no autopsy is performed! The suspicion ("conspiracy theory") of a deliberate poisoning rages throughout America. -- source

It's business as usual for the ruling sociopaths of the United States. But why?

Quote:
Harding inherits a severe Wilsonian economic Depression. He quickly moves to dramatically slash income taxes and government spending (both by 50%!). Harding undoes Wilson's damage, proclaims American neutrality, and returns the country to the limited government days of Wilson's predecessor, William Howard Taft (who he names as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court). With the private economy now freed from the parasitic dead weight of big government, an historic economic boom soon follows. The "Roaring Twenties" will be a period of prosperity and happiness for the American people. And boy-oh-boy are the Globo-Zio-Socialists pissed off! -- source

Globalist-Zionist-Socialists? Aren't we talking the Jewish leadership here? Could that be why America's "best" 20th-century president has been slandered in the Zionist controlled media as the "worst" 20th-century president? Don't they always invert everything? ( 1 2 3 4 )

The former CEO of Chesapeake Energy, Aubrey McClendon, died in a car crash today in Oklahoma. He died instantly in the crash and his car caught on fire shortly after. He had just been indicted yesterday for rigging oil bids and was disputing the charges.

McClendon was scheduled to appear in court today, The New York Times reported.

On Tuesday, after his indictment, McClendon released a statement denying the charges against him as wrong and unprecedented, KFOR reported. His statement read, in part:

"I have been singled out as the only person in the oil and gas industry in over 110 years since the Sherman Act became law to have been accused of this crime in relation to joint bidding on leasehold. Anyone who knows me, my business record and the industry in which I have worked for 35 years, knows that I could not be guilty of violating any antitrust laws. All my life I have worked to create jobs in Oklahoma, grow its economy, and to provide abundant and affordable energy to all Americans. I am proud of my track record in this industry, and I will fight to prove my innocence and to clear my name.” -- source

That doesn't sound like someone contemplating suicide to me.

Where have we seen a murder and cover-up similar to Aubrey McClendon's?

How about investigative journalist Michael Hastings? ( 1 2 3 4 )

I was fixing the broken video link in this post, and I had the pleasure to watch the video again. Stephen Colbert is absolutely brilliant here, roasting the Bush administration down to mere ashes. The guests are squirming with discomfort as the truth is splashed around with wild abandon and biting humor. It is delightful to see sociopaths get their due in such a witty and unexpected manner. They didn't see it coming, and that's why Stephen Colbert's career was essentially sabotaged.

Stephen Colbert At The White House Correspondents Dinner

Quote:
2006 White House Correspondents' Association Dinner
Main article: Stephen Colbert at the 2006 White House Correspondents' Association Dinner

On Saturday, April 29, 2006, Colbert was the featured entertainer for the 2006 White House Correspondents' Association Dinner. Standing a few yards from U.S. President George W. Bush[63] – in front of an audience the Associated Press called a "Who's Who of power and celebrity"[64] – Colbert delivered a searing routine targeting the president and the media.[65] In his politically conservative character from The Colbert Report, Colbert satirized the George W. Bush Administration and the White House Press Corps with such lines as:

I stand by this man. I stand by this man because he stands for things. Not only for things, he stands on things. Things like aircraft carriers and rubble and recently flooded city squares. And that sends a strong message, that no matter what happens to America, she will always rebound – with the most powerfully staged photo ops in the world.[66]

Colbert received a chilly response from the audience.[67] His jokes were often met with silence and muttering, apart from the enthusiastic laughter of a few in the audience.[68] The major media outlets paid little attention to it initially. Washington Post columnist Dan Froomkin and Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism professor Todd Gitlin claimed that this was because Colbert's routine was as critical of the media as it was of Bush.[69][70] Richard Cohen, also writing for The Washington Post, responded that the routine was not funny.[71] The video of Colbert's performance became an internet and media sensation,[72][73] while, in the week following the speech, ratings for The Colbert Report rose by 37% to average just under 1.5 million total viewers per episode.[74] In Time magazine James Poniewozik called it "the political-cultural touchstone issue of 2006".[75] Writing six months later, New York Times columnist Frank Rich referred to Colbert's speech as a "cultural primary" and called it the "defining moment" of the 2006 midterm elections.[76][77] -- source

I added the text embolding to this Wikipedia entry for emphasis.

Chico's contrived endorsement of Stephen Colbert is laughable. Colbert is no more genuine than Jon Stewart, Bill Maher, Dennis Miller ... and a whole slew of pseudoconservative and pseudoliberal comedic talents that have sold their souls for the glitter and the glamour. The left-right false dichotomy in politics has its parallels in education, military, finance, health, etc. ... and even comedy. These sundry dichotomies are operated at the very top by the same tribal gangsters that control the banking systems of the world; and closer to the action, by tribal and nontribal minions.

This sinister tribal organization give us sex, sport, circus, cotton candy, and clowns to draw us in ... and while we are being thusly entertained, the paid punchliners (like the pied pipers of Hamlin) take us away from the path of truths ... dark scary truths, to be sure, but truths that must be navigated before humanity can fix itself ... and into sundry side thickets and cul-de-sacs where critical thinking is prohibited and koolaid libraries are aplenty to quench any sapient thirst.

Colbert is the good cop. The rest of the media is the bad cop. Both get their pay from the same payroll.

Chico, ever the fact-distorter, claims that Colbert's career has been sabotaged. On the contrary, Colbert's celebrity has been permanently secured just as Bud Abbot's celebrity had been permanently secured by association with Lou Costello. With the rest of the media acting like Costello, dimwitted and inept, Colbert is like Abbott, competent and quick on the brain. Colbert is here to assure us that all is well. He's got our backs. He's got our game plan. He is one of us. An average Joe. Costello, by contrast, is an oddity; he was never one of us except in extreme caricature. Which is why we laugh so hard at Costello's antics. Caricatures exemplify ridiculousness. Mainstream media is an extreme caricature of real journalism. It demands ridicule of itself.

Getting back to Colbert, he is fifth column ... as is every other good cop that pretends to be one of us while secretly trying to entrap us. At least, we know where the bad cop stands. The devil is in the cop that we don't expect to betray us.

Get it yet, cupids?

Pax

ps: If you want more proof of Colbert's complicity, not just the self-evident observation of Colbert's mainstream celebrity ... then google gallop Colbert's views on issues that actually test the litmus paper, e.g. 9/11/2001. Be charmed by the lack of clarity on such important issues. Everyone knows it was a mistake to attack Iraq. All the Democrats in the false pachyderm-donkey dichotomy were opposed to the War on Iraq. Opposing that military aggression does not make one exceptional, or even a critic. To be a critic, one needs to give up critical analysis, not just parrot what everyone else squawks.

ps2: I have yet to hear Colbert offer forth a critical analysis of the reasons not to invade Iraq after 9/11/2001, reasons including the design of things as per prior planning by Israel-first traitors to establish control over the Levant, simulated Pearl Harbors to induce a greater security state with fewer individual freedoms, the reshaping of America's defense forces, the agitprop towards regional conflicts with the white knights of the New World Order standing by to clean up the inevitable chaos, etc. Colbert merely squawks up the self-evident observations.
