The Tale of Two Trumps has been a nightmare already. Trump has turned on his support base, broken nearly every solemn promise and vow he made during the campaign and has now become a full-blown Neocon threat to middle America.

The president gave himself high marks as he reflected on the unofficial end of that honeymoon period in office. While calling the ‘100 days’ measure “artificial,” he touted progress in courting China to counter the North Korean threat, confirming a Supreme Court justice and making headway on his big-ticket agenda items – like health care. -- source

The vote was 14 - 1, America alone supporting unacceptable and illegal actions “alter(ing) the character, status or demographic composition of the Holy City of Jerusalem” - by Trump’s recognition of the city as Israel’s capital, along with Washington exercising its veto power, voting against Monday’s SC resolution rejecting his move.

It was his first administration SC veto since taking office, putting him at odds with the overwhelming majority of world community member states.

By video message, Netanyahu thanked neocon UN envoy Nikki Haley, turning truth on its head, saying “(y)ou lit a candle of truth. You dispelled the darkness. One defeated the many. Truth defeated lies.”

He and Trump partner against Palestinian rights, rejecting conflict resolution while falsely claiming otherwise.

Defending the indefensible, Haley said America “will not be told, by any country, where we will put our embassy” - disgracefully calling Trump’s declaration an honest and courageous move, ludicrously adding by vetoing today’s draft resolution, Washington defended Israel’s “sovereignty.”

It did nothing of the kind. It trampled on Palestinian rights, plunging a dagger into the heart of the moribund peace process, making it more unattainable than already.

In an ominous warning, she called today’s vote “an insult,” saying “(i)t won’t be forgotten,” shamefully accusing SC members of anti-Israeli bias - the UN failing to be “a neutral party when it consistently singles out Israel for condemnation,” she unjustifiably claimed.

More than any other member states, America and Israel warrant severe censure and punishment for their high crimes of war, against humanity and genocide - both countries throughout their disturbing histories.

Current non-permanent SC members supporting the resolution included Bolivia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Senegal, Sweden, Ukraine and Uruguay.

Russia, China, Britain and France backed it, America the sole outlier, shamefully using its veto to defeat it.

The resolution didn’t mention America by name, expressing regret over the recent move on Jerusalem’s status.

Palestinian UN envoy Riyad Mansour said Washington missed a chance on Monday to “correct its mistake, vetoing a draft resolution supporting international law. -- source

President Donald Trump has threatened to cut aid to UN member states who vote against US at the upcoming UN General Assembly on the issue of Washington’s Jerusalem move. He said the US will save “billions” in the process.

His threats come ahead of the rare emergency special session of the UNGA scheduled for Thursday. Arab and Muslim countries requested the meeting after the US vetoed a UN Security Council resolution to rescind Trump’s declaration of Jerusalem as Israel's capital. -- source

“They take hundreds of millions of dollars and even billions of dollars, and then they vote against us. Well, we're watching those votes. Let them vote against us. We'll save a lot. We don't care,” Trump told reporters at the White House. -- source

“The President will be watching this vote carefully and has requested I report back on those who voted against us,” Haley stated in the letter.

Haley voiced a similarly non-subtle warning on Twitter earlier: “We don't expect those we've helped to target us,” she stated, threatening that the US “will be taking names” of those “criticizing” Trump's Jerusalem decision during Thursday's vote.

The unanimous support for the resolution in the UN Security Council was an “insult” for the US, Haley said after vetoing the resolution. It “won’t be forgotten,” she added. The US was the only state of the 15-member council to oppose the resolution. -- source

The UN General Assembly has overwhelmingly voted in favor of a resolution calling on the US to reverse its decision to recognise Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. One hundred and twenty eight countries backed the motion. Nine states voted against the UN resolution and 35 nations abstained. -- source

Israeli envoy to the UN Danny Danon stated that Israel considers Jerusalem its capital, dating back to Biblical times, and the US decision only outlines the obvious. Danon went further and accused the UN of “double standards” and an “unbreakable bond of hypocrisy” with Palestine and prejudice against Israel.

“Those who support today’s resolution are like puppets. You’re puppets pulled by the strings of your Palestinian puppet masters. You’re like marionettes forced to dance, while the Palestinian leadership looks on with glee,” Danon told the gathering. -- source

US envoy to the UN, Nikki Haley, said whatever decision the UN General Assembly takes will not influence Washington’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as the Israeli capital. She reminded UN member states of the US’ generous contributions to the organization and said that the United States expects its will to be respected in return.

“When we make a generous contributions to the UN, we also have a legitimate expectation that our goodwill is recognized and respected,” Haley said, adding, the vote will be “remembered” by the US and “make a difference on how the Americans look at the UN.” -- source

Twenty-five researchers made a drastic break away from ethical standards by meeting at Yale University on Thursday to discuss evidence questioning the commander-in-chief’s mental health.”

Psychiatrist Allen Frances, who has played a central role in defining mental disorders, disagrees. He wrote in the NY Times: “Most amateur diagnosticians have mislabeled [Mr. Trump as having] narcissistic personality disorder. He may be a world-class narcissist, but this doesn’t make him mentally ill.”

“The definition of NPD states that it comprises of a persistent manner of grandiosity, a continuous desire for admiration, along with a lack of empathy. It starts by early adulthood and occurs in a range of situations, as signified by the existence of any 5 of the next 9 standards (American Psychiatric Association, 2013):

• A grandiose logic of self-importance
• A fixation with fantasies of infinite success, control, brilliance, beauty, or idyllic love
• A credence that he or she is extraordinary and exceptional and can only be understood by, or should connect with, other extraordinary or important people or institutions
• A desire for unwarranted admiration
• A sense of entitlement
• Interpersonally oppressive behavior
• No form of empathy
• Resentment of others or a conviction that others are resentful of him or her
• A display of egotistical and conceited behaviors or attitudes”

Now, think about this: NOWHERE IN THE DEFINITION IS THERE ANY DEFINING DIAGNOSTIC TEST.

No blood test, urine test, saliva test, brain scan, genetic assay. Nothing.

What you’ve just read is a collection of behaviors.

Last year on January 20, he was sworn into office as America’s 45th president.

Every populist promise made was breached straightaway. Instead of draining the swamp, he filled it with neocons, Wall Street predators, hawkish generals, and billionaires.

He assured government of, by and for its privileged class exclusively, the way it’s always been in America from inception, the nation a fantasy democracy, not the real thing - far worse than ever since the neoliberal 90s, notably post-9/11.

The myth of the anti-establishment candidate vanished straightaway after Trump’s inauguration.

He’s a dirty politician like most others in Washington - responsible for enormous harm to countless millions at home and abroad.

He didn’t become a billionaire by being a good guy. Now he’s president and commander-in-chief of the nation’s military with his finger on the nuclear trigger he may be itching to squeeze.
