Remember the feudal model of society, with a small class of wealthy land-owners lording over the peasant masses, who were stuck in an insidious form of economic slavery?

Thank goodness humanity has moved away from that disgusting model!

Or did we ...

A 19-year-old model who has identified herself simply as Giselle announced Thursday that she has sold her virginity for 2.5 million euros, which translates to roughly $2.9 million, to a businessman from Abu Dhabi.

"I would never have dreamed that the bid would rise so high and we would have reached 2.5 million euros," Giselle told the Mirror. "This is a dream come true." -- source

Hitler would not approve. Trump would. So would Obama, Clinton, and Bush. But the American presidents would all say publicly that they don't approve. Only they would be lying.

Hitler would say he does not approve, and he would not be lying.

But yeah, as the sociopaths would say, "It's just business." Morality is never an issue for them.

Giselle, the ultimate prostitute, and the ultimate victim of the sociopathic worldview.

The scientific cornerstone of peer review is illusory. In other words, peer review is "fake methodology".

Quote:
Dr. Marc Girard, a mathematician and physician who serves on the editorial board of Medicine Veritas (The Journal of Medical Truth), has written,

"The reason for this disaster is too clear: the power of money. In academic institutions, the current dynamics of research is more favourable to the ability of getting grants — collecting money and spending it — than to scientific imagination or creativity." -- source

Even scientists recognize that money ruins everything, including science!

Just to summarize clearly:

Quote:
In the meantime, the public needs to be warned: peer review is largely a sham and will not protect you or your family from medical pseudo-science or dangerous pharmaceutical products. -- source

I will bet that any highly advanced ET civilization that values empathy will not have "money" as part of its infrastructure. Why? Because money ruins everything.

The class struggle involves everything that these two major classes do to promote their incompatible interests at each other's expense. In this battle, which rages throughout society, the capitalists are aided by their wealth, their control of the state, and their domination over other institutions—schools, media, churches—that guide and distort people's thinking. On the workers' side are their sheer numbers, their experience of cooperation—however alienated—while at work, trade unions, working class political parties (where they exist), and the contradictions within capitalism that make present conditions increasingly irrational. -- source

This is from a summary of the Karl Marx perspective. Capitalists and workers are locked in a continual and unresolvable battle which renders the world "increasingly irrational", or as I like to say, insane. Karl Marx evidently understood that "money ruins everything". When money makes all the decisions, real human interests are not only sabotaged, they are obliterated.

As Star Trek's Spock is famous for saying, with his impeccable logic, "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few." The workers are many, and the capitalists are few. Likewise, the people of empathy are many, and the ruling sociopaths are few. In both instances, the wants of the few wrongly take priority over the needs of the many. The result is a world that is "increasingly irrational", or as I like to say, insane.

The Needs of the Many Outweigh The Needs of the Few

Gee, do you think money could have something to do with it?

An astute commenter to the article puts it most succinctly:

The US builds the equipment with the highest profit margin.

Russia builds the equipment it needs.

That's one way money will ruin the U.S.

The demise of the electric car was deliberate sabotage, the result of yet another conspiracy by sociopathic capitalists who do what's good for them at the expense of the general public. This is no conspiracy theory, but conspiracy fact, documented by numerous authors. It is another classic example of how money ruins everything.

Quote:
There was another matter, relating to battery capacity and range. GM’s initial EV-1 used simple lead-acid batteries without problem, but foreign auto manufacturers (Toyota’s RAV-4) were already using nickel-metal-hydride batteries which delivered greater travel distances. At precisely that time, a firm named Ovonics had developed new NiMH technology that would have increased the range of electric vehicles to at least 400-500 Kms between charges, thereby making private electric transportation possible on a mass scale. GM immediately bought – at a very high price – the exclusive worldwide patent rights to this NiMH technology and locked it in a closet, refusing to license any firms to produce these batteries for auto use. GM later sold these patent rights to US-based Texaco-Chevron oil, who even today refuses access to this technology. NiMH has proven to be the best battery for plug-in electric cars, but manufacturers have been forced into lithium technology (which is about 6 times as expensive and with no recycle value) because of GM’s determination to prevent electric autos from ever becoming a reality. And so, for the third time, General Motors successfully killed the electric car. -- source

So how does the Tesla electric car fit into this narrative? Controlled opposition? What about the Loremo, or the Quant? On thing is for sure — money is running the show, and it is literally ruining everything.

In the 2010s, the national unemployment rate dropped from a high of 9.9 percent to its current rate of just 3.5 percent. The economy expanded each and every year. Wages picked up for high-income workers as soon as the Great Recession ended, and picked up for lower-income workers in the second half of the decade. Americans’ confidence in the economy hit its highest point since 2000, right before the dot-com bubble burst. The headline economic numbers looked good, if not great. -- source

And it was all a lie.

The unemployment numbers were and are still fraudulent. The numbers showing that "the economy expanded each and every year" were also fraudulent. That wages "picked up for lower-income workers in the second half of the decade" means nothing if wages were over-powered by dollar devaluation, which was also deliberately under-reported. "Americans’ confidence in the economy" is a brainwashing effect and has no basis in reality. The economic numbers looked great all right, but that was the scam. It was a deception, and it still is.

It is still all a lie. The stock market soars to record heights, but it requires the criminal Federal Reserve dropping containers of money out of C-5 Galaxy cargo planes (figuratively) onto their member brokerage banks every day.

If you believe what the respected economic magazines are telling you, then you really are living in a dream world.
