The U.S. Secret Service has forbidden the sale of silver "rounds" called Norfed Liberty Dollars on eBay. It is the latest example of the insanity of the sociopath-led world, where real money is fake, and fake money is real.

The saga of the creator of these silver medallions, Bernard von NotHaus, is one I have followed in real-time. It is the story of a tyrannical, freedom-hating government crushing the life out of a freedom-seeking individual. The man's "crime" is selling silver. He was falsely convicted of counterfeiting, and his silver supply worth $7 million was confiscated illegally by the government. His 99.9% silver rounds were not copies of U.S. silver dollars, nor advertised as U.S. silver dollars. Indeed, there are no silver coins of any type in circulation in the United States. All U.S. coins are made from cheap "junk" metal, and ironically, it can now cost more to make them than they are actually worth.

The on-going Nothaus story is one of absolute power corrupting absolutely. The U.S. government cannot allow freedom to gain a foothold, especially in these times of government repression and injustice.

Nothaus was found guilty of creating and selling silver medallions that were similar in shape and size to coins used as legal tender. But, since they were made of silver, they were worth much more than currently minted coins. In effect, they were clear reminders of the criminal devaluation and inherent worthlessness of American money.

“Attempts to undermine the legitimate currency of this country are simply a unique form of domestic terrorism,” U.S. Attorney Tompkins said in announcing the guilty verdict against Nothaus.

If that were true, the Federal Reserve, responsible for undermining the value of the dollar since 1913, would be Public Enemy #1 and would be on trial instead of Nothaus. A dollar today buys what two cents would have bought in 1913, the year the Federal Reserve was created and given control over the American money supply. The value of the dollar has gone downhill ever since.

When the hypocrisy of a government reaches this level, there is a remedy, according to the founding fathers of the United States of America:
