Addicted may not be the right word. People have been programmed to be more and more dependent on government. It has been a deliberate manipulation. Government is the only thing current generations have ever known. Yes, it is an addiction, but there is deliberate malevolence involved, an enforced ignorance. And behind the curtain, at the control panel, is the malevolent force orchestrating the ignorance -- sociopaths.

Personally, I'm with Adam -- I would be happier without any government. It's time people knew something else, something our distant ancestors were blessed with -- self-governance, liberty, equality, respect for others, and responsible independence.

I have the impression that Adam does indeed support free markets. Capitalism is a flawed system because it is not truly self-governing, especially when sociopaths have free reign. Monopolies are a problem, for instance, because then free markets are no longer possible, especially when sociopaths have free reign. I've noticed that just about everything gets corrupted when sociopaths have free reign, which further complicates everything. I think it would be an error to judge Adam Kokesh on a single generalized issue, especially one so poorly understood and so richly corrupted as capitalism. I would rather see him judged on his efforts to improve the common good, which is another issue that is poorly understood and richly corrupted. Why is that? It's those damn sociopaths again!

To sum it up, I don't think Adam is the problem.

:lol: It might not be wise to get hung up on labels. It's an oversimplification to do so. There's no telling who will be instrumental in the changes that are occurring. I doubt any of those instrumental people will be selected based on labels.

It's also unwise to assume we need a leader to steer us. That's the old paradigm that has failed us due to the unavoidable presence of sociopaths. If we are to expect positive change, we will have to make it happen ourselves. I think that's the self-governance Adam Kokesh talks about.
