That is not necessarily true. How did the renegade American colonies defeat the fearsome British empire of 1776? How did Gandhi and his Indian peasants defeat that same empire? If you fight on their terms, yes, they will zap you. If you fight on your terms, everything changes.
I would suggest that through advances in technology since 1776 that the sociopaths/PTB have acquired more than enough weaponry to ZAP us when we rise up with our rifles.

Well this is whole entire kit and kaboodle when one is considering who is a sociopath and who is not. One has to rely on his/her gut feeling/intuition after a decent sample of said sociopath has been witnessed.

As I have already pointed out in the beginning of this thread, the idea of actually defending ourselves is teasing out the supposed intellectuals of freedom or truth seeking. This is so, because we have finally reached a time when words need to be physically defended. And that takes a backbone. So instead of having any type of logical discourse at this depth, these cowards result to propaganda in justifying their message to not step up their rebellion. The first video the guy is warning us about long term war. Well thanks chump, I guess everyone is too stupid to know about that. Is this coming to a surprise to you? The second video uses AK taking a bong hit of marijuana to discredit him. What a joke. That shows his prejudice, and arrogance toward his fellow compatriots along with thinking this oppression is just about legislation. Sure DC was taken over in 1871 lol. Not once did he mention the poisoning, the killing of innocence, the sociopathy, the history etc... People better grow some balls or gtfo as far as im concerned. And may I suggest to you, so you dont discredit yourself any longer, to take a good hard look at yourself and where your road as "truthseekers" is going to go. And if its getting to hot. I agree. That's why we cannot rise up with weapons, because we are clearly outgunned. We have to do like Gandhi and rise up with ideas.
The armed march on Washington D.C. was not about rising up with weapons. It was about clearly revealing the hypocrisy of a country that claims to protect the right to bear arms on one hand, while working to disarm its citizens on the other, against their will. If you study history, there is only one reason for disarming citizens against their will. It is the opposite of freedom, which in "the land of the free" is another blatant hypocrisy. Things are not at all as they appear to be, and until we realize this, the sociopaths have got us where they want us.
