The oil cartels aren't losing yet. They're not even close to losing. Even though the technology to run an engine using water for fuel has been invented multiple times, no major vehicle manufacturer has ever introduced the technology to the market place. Every engine they sell runs on petroleum fuels. The oil cartels are quite secure.


We aren't even allowed to have cars that get over 100 miles per gallon of gasoline, much less one that runs on saltwater. Remember the car that got 376 mpg? 100+ mpg is no pipe dream. Neither is getting that kind of fuel mileage running on water.

I predict that we will never see a Quant vehicle powered by salt water driving on our local roads.

Gasoline is currently about $3.50 per gallon in my area, which means the true cost of owning an electric vehicle is about five times as much as owning a gasoline vehicle.

It looks like the goal here is to rig things so that only the rich can afford a private vehicle.
