The Act Against Multipliers was signed into law on January 13, 1404, the work of the British parliament under Henry IV. “Chemistry” then didn’t involve a whole lot, but one facet was a looming danger in the eyes of the state: multiplication.

Multiplication was a term that in crude old-school chemistry—alchemy—just meant making more of a certain material. Synthesis, really. The powers that be were very concerned that such multiplication might involve gold or silver, leading to the sudden enrichment of sinister forces, or really any force that was not the one currently in power. -- source

Sociopaths always want a monopoly on power. When it comes to the most efficient tool for controlling people, which is money, they will do anything to protect their power and control. That includes rewriting the law.

We see the exact same thing today, because we are still ruled by sociopaths. We never really left the Dark Ages.

Sociopaths have existed since the dawn of human time. In the Biblical the, Cain was purported to have killed his own brother.

Sociopaths will continue to exist for millennia to come (by any reasonable guess).

The expectation that we as humans can solve sociopathy in the human condition any time soon, short of brave new world genetics attempted with figurative stone and digging stick technologies (e.g. the science of 2015) ... is an unrealistic expectation. A great expectation. Great expectations lead to great disappointments.

That said, the task of improving human nature to the point that expression of the sociopathic potential in the DNA is greatly diminished - without neutering or otherwise destroying the species - still has its best stewardship in the wisdom of Mother Nature and the pace of Father Time.

Which then re-orients both the problem and solution vectors towards the current organizational state of human units, specifically, the hierarchical pyramid. More specifically, any such pyramid that has organized beyond a threshold scale so that it now threatens all other smaller pyramids. Here, any system of smaller independent pyramids poses a lesser concern than the system of a singular grand centralized bankster pyramid radiating its authority down to a system of dependent small pyramids. Eddies vs whirlpool ... that sorta thing.

To wit, primary focus should be on the organization, not the sociopathy. No one's denying you from having secondary focus; just advising you that primary focus tackles the problem honestly.

I agree we aren't going to get rid of sociopaths. The solution lies in managing sociopaths, instead of sociopaths managing us.

The organization is the secondary focus, and I agree you can make some headway in managing sociopaths by managing their organizations. But if you manage sociopaths instead, say by identifying them and disqualifying them from positions of power and control, their organizations are automatically dismantled, for good. Your way puts the cart before the horse, my way puts the horse before the cart.
