Post Spotlight on the Declaration of Independence

That is an astonishing quote Chico.

The whole Declaration of Independence is astonishing. It's like watching the Matrix movies -- I cannot read it without discovering yet another level of meaning and another revelation of truth.

Take the most "boring" part of the Declaration, which is the list of "repeated injuries and usurpations". Not only are the very same offenses being inflicted on humanity today by the sociopath "kings", but it is even worse today than it was in 1776!

Declaration of Independence wrote:
For imposing taxes on us without our consent:

This happens ALL THE TIME now! Nobody I know is asking to be taxed more.

Declaration of Independence wrote:
For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of trial by jury:

We are presumed guilty on just the accusation of being a "terrorist", held "indefinitely" without trial, denied a trial by "a jury of our peers", tried by proxy in the media via insidious propaganda, and even executed on "presidential authority" alone.

Declaration of Independence wrote:
For transporting us beyond seas to be tried for pretended offenses:

Yeah, what do they call that now, "extrajudicial rendition"? It's nearly always accompanied by torture. The CIA and other "intelligence" agencies are officially tasked with this illegal function, and they do it with relish.

Declaration of Independence wrote:
For cutting off our trade with all parts of the world:

Now called "economic sanctions" and "trade embargoes".

Declaration of Independence wrote:
He has obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing his assent to laws for establishing judiciary powers.

How much of government is now "above the law"?

Declaration of Independence wrote:
He has made judges dependent on his will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

Judges are currently hired mouthpieces that will not bite the hand that feeds them. They couldn't defend and uphold the Constitution if their lives depended on it. In fact, their comfortable lives depend on obeying their sociopath bosses to the detriment of the Constitution.

Declaration of Independence wrote:
He has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

If you cannot recognize the United States government in that statement, your heart is not beating.

Declaration of Independence wrote:
He has kept among us, in times of peace, standing armies without the consent of our legislature.

The latest example being the Boston Marathon lockdown.

Declaration of Independence wrote:
He has affected to render the military independent of and superior to civil power.

We have the dismantling of "Posse Comitatus" and the construction of a police state using paramilitary hired thugs, much like Hitler's "brownshirts".

I could go on and on, but the point is clear. The transgressions against humanity that are listed in our greatest document as the specific causes of the American Revolution by the founding fathers of this so-called "great nation" are tame compared to the evil Americans are currently disposed to suffer.

My recommendation to all Americans, indeed to all humans, is to read the Declaration of Independence and understand it. When you understand it, you will know what to do.

I've decided that understanding the Declaration of Independence is so important, it deserves its own thread. So I am starting one here.

Let's look at some more of the transgressions that were listed as the reasons why the "thirteen united States of America" declared independence from England and its monarchy. Compare this one particular "usurpation" against the king of England in 1776 to the president of the United States of America in 2013.

Declaration of Independence wrote:
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

Presidents Obama, Bush, Clinton, and a long line of other puppet presidents that obeyed the bidding of the unelected and mostly unknown puppet masters (the real rulers, the organized sociopaths) have done exactly the same thing as King George. Take a look at all the Executive Orders signed by Obama and Bush. They are designed to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution! They are acts of pretend legislation! They are the foundations of outright tyranny! They allow the sitting president to basically take over everything in a state of emergency that is declared by presidential decree alone. What that really means is that the ruling sociopaths can take over everything whenever they are ready. And they are getting ready.

So how did Americans in 1776 handle this kind of tyranny? Like this:

Declaration of Independence wrote:
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Rand Paul argues that power should reside in congress using James Madison arguments. Kerry assures us he just takes orders from the Commander in Chief. Rand calls Congress just a presidential theatre to alibi the president.

John Kerry has already decided that the president is a dictator who can override the Congress. That means John Kerry, Secretary of State, is a traitor to the United States. He should be arrested and jailed for his flagrant disregard of the Constitution, the supreme law of the land, to which John Kerry swore a sacred oath to uphold and defend against all enemies foreign and domestic, an oath that he deliberately ignores like the psychological deviant that he is.

If we regularly tested politicians for sociopathic tendencies and disqualified from service those that exhibited those tendencies, John Kerry would not be in government. Neither would Obama, Pelosi, Biden, and most of Congress! The government would be completely different, as would the nation, as would the entire world. America would be a shining example to the world, rather than the scourge of the world. That doesn't happen, all because of a little thing called sociopathy.
