Today Whilst Everybody was Arguing...
Hi Everyone,
Here where I live, they 'emend' a weekend with a public holiday (tomorrow 1st of May) so I was here just chilln'.
I came to two conclusions at least...
Firstly, that in the UK where I was recently the way we speak to each other is a lot more aggressive, a lot different from, say, thirty years ago. Everybody seemed uptight and on edge taking offence from everything and everything being said.
Secondly, humour has changed so much in the UK over the years. I'm not too sure if having to be politically correct, or, in other words, frightened in what you can or can't say, humour back in my days was a lot more funnier.
Whilst people here were arguing I spent my afternoon watching British comedians. These comedians were from the 1970's and I had a blast.
