could always be a part of jersey, jersey is similar to new york.

Its soft....meaning probbaly not brooklyn. or Hobokin (Jersey).

Honestly I would be suprised if it wasn't queens. long island, bronx.....Staten island possably, though staten island is more like Hoboken.

So in order of : a) Queens my first choice
b) bronx or Staten island
c) Jersey.
