Civil liberties are being reclassified as Civil opportunities.

And for now its to stop terrorist, drugs and alcohol. How long before its to stop what you think. With NSA supercomputers it wont be long.

This is really it in your quotes. This whole police state is set up to be able to screen every "citizen" and make it a normal thing.
