I agree with you that if Chavez is a stooge of the ruling sociopaths (as Obama is), and the OSCE is a front organization for the ruling sociopaths (as the UN is), then it would not be surprising that Venezuela would welcome OSCE monitoring in their country. Someone (Obama most likely) has apparently also invited the OSCE into the USA to monitor elections, which fits the same pattern. However, the appearance of such a pattern does not necessarily mean Chavez is a Zionist stooge like Obama, or that the OSCE is a UN front organization. But it's certainly suspicious and worthy of further investigation.
