That's an oversimplification. If we could only honor the Constitution, we would not descend into a worse tyranny, which is where we are heading. That's why the unalienable rights in the Constitution must be undermined piecemeal until they are no longer considered the supreme law of the land. Then tyranny has a free hand to write its own laws (happening now) and take over.
Granted, the Constitution is not perfect, but you need to look at things in a relativistic way. Are you better off with a government that is restricted by the Constitution, or with a government that does whatever it wants at the behest of a very tiny and privileged class of sociopaths?
The answer is a no-brainer to me, and I would like to know why you even ask the question, and what you think the better solution is.
