In jewelry stores on 47th Street and Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, the important trust between merchants has been violated. A 10-ounce gold bar costing nearly $18,000 turned out to be a counterfeit.
The bar was filled with tungsten, which weighs nearly the same as gold but costs just over a dollar an ounce.

Money ruins everything, and this is just another classic example. I did the math on the financial figures reported at the end of the video clip. For every dollar the defense contractors spend on these revolving door consultants, they generate from 100 to nearly 500 times that amount in business contracts. And since it is standard procedure to exceed the contract bid amounts (called "overruns") when dealing with the bottomless pockets of sociopathic (read "criminal") government, it could easily be twice as bad as what the figures indicate.

Here's a thought ... prohibit anybody working in sensitive government areas from pursuing employment in same areas in the private sector for a fixed period of years, say, 10 or 20 years ... by that time they'd be old coots anyways with an expired knowledgebase.

You will note that your solution is a minor variant of my two-step solution for dealing with ruling sociopaths:
Identify the sociopaths
Prohibit them from holding positions of power and control
Needless to say, the problem is not solved, because there remains the problem of how to implement this solution in an environment that creates the problem. Your solution is similarly incomplete.

Even Yahoo (mainstream media on the Internet) today had an article about a home owner selling his property for Bitcoins. The ruling sociopaths are surely preparing their assault on Bitcoins.

The creation of money is currently in the hands of the banksters (criminal bankers). This is the ultimate power in today's society, since society has been made completely dependent on money, and people will do almost anything for money in order to live. The banksters hide their predatory activity behind holding companies ("FED, the World Bank & the IMF") that are falsely presented to the world as necessary entities for economic security and stability. The banksters also have their own puppet nation, Israel, which is the "country" equivalent of a holding company that they use to pursue what they want (total domination).
So how is this related to the Bitcoin story? Take that first quoted sentence above.

There would have to be a revelation of the true nature of money and its purpose. Money is the tangible currency of ones own energy. This epiphany would sprout from mans knowing of the meaning of freedom. It would be the opposite of what it is today, in where money enslaves man.
